During Dumpling Time’s rebrand, I oversaw the development of a bold new website designed to reflect the brand’s playful, modern character while enhancing the guest experience.

Working in partnership with Popmenu and cross-functional teams, I introduced interactive online menus that simplified browsing and encouraged engagement. I further strengthened the brand’s digital presence by leading data-driven email campaigns that grew our online community to 15,000+ loyal subscribers.

This project highlighted the impact of strong creative direction and strategic marketing in driving both brand visibility and measurable results.
